Pros
- Very flexible schedule - Remote friendly, but with nice offices, always open - dedicated career manager for each developer
Cons
- intra-company systems for work logging, vacations etc. are too many and very hard - very poor connection between different branches and departements. This forces engineers to repeat information *very* often e.g. scrum master doesn't have access to vacation logging of the team, so two separate vacation files must exist (one for the Scrum and the team, another for HR and management). Many such situations like this. - too many passwords, emails, meetings, events, invites, mailing lists. Too many things happening. - Provided equipment was really bad.
