Cons

1. Salary is not based on your talent. 2. 3 months notice period 3. No learning opportunity. 4. Worst lifestyle. 5. Worst salary. Even sometime less than a peon. 6. Fixed appraisal rate(~8-10%)

It is very best company to work as a fresher here, I learnt lot of things to be here, it is best platform to acheive something and ertra-circular activites.

Cons

Better to provide some training to the employer to get improve what they are using the current software. eg: SAP
