      Not sure of Pros but sure about the Cons.

      Even after sharing BGV documents and clearing all the technical, managerial and HR round, still there is no response from HR. I have been following up with HR since last 2 months but there is no proper communication from here. Capgemini seems to be lagging in Recruiting HR.
