Valuable Experience, but Oversold Expectations
Pros
I gained a lot of hands-on experience working with enterprise companies. The benefits are great, and you get access to several learning platforms. They also reimburse some professional certifications, which is a nice perk.
Cons
The company is fairly disorganized. Compensation is below industry average, and you’re expected to juggle both client work and internal tasks. While they advertise mentorship for early-career hires, my experience was mostly learn-as-you-go with little structured support. Experiences vary, but I was placed on a client right away and received standard team guidance rather than dedicated mentorship during my tenure. There are also many internal quotas that, in my opinion, aren’t always clearly explained or relevant to day-to-day work.
