Pros

Clients include some of the biggest names in financial services and industries. Some of the best and smartest technical minds work for Cap. Diversity and inclusion employee groups and hiring initiatives (especially for women) are excellent.

Cons

Sole focus on profit margin can reduce the quality/experience of project staff, performance of teams and delivery of value to clients. There is a command-and-control leadership hierarchy that presents itself--often in sales and delivery arguments regarding client expectations and contract terms. Mentoring is lacking and sometimes totally missing. You sometimes encounter coworkers that want to use you and your hard work as stepping-stones for their own promotion.
