Pros

Receive appreciation emails, but without salary increases, though they are fortunate to have onsite work opportunities.

Cons

Career Opportunities: Limited growth, unclear career paths, and minimal internal mobility. Compensations and Benefits: compensation and benefits fail to meet industry standards. Culture and Values: lacking transparency, management preaches values but fails to practice them. Diversity and Inclusion: lack of diversity and support for marginalized, homogeneous workforce. Senior Management: senior management makes decisions disregarding team impact. Work / Life Balance: Expectation of long hours and constant availability leads to burnout.

Pros

Excellent Health Benefits, along with opportunity to purchase stock, and contribute to retirement plan. Lots of internal network communities, and ability to do volunteer work in the community

Cons

Extremely disorganized, upper mid-level VP's and management focusing on the wrong things, Not providing opportunity to lower level management to move up.

Pros

Easy to get hired. People can’t quit fast enough. Entire teams will quit within a few months of each other, and they’ll plug in anyone to take their place.

Cons

Now that I’ve been out of Capgemini for years, I see even more clearly how truly awful the culture is. It’s goes beyond just unpleasantness and being “toxic.” I wish I had spoken to an employment lawyer during my time at Cap. The project leads are usually narcissists who have no qualms about lying to your face and making you responsible for their mistakes. Even worse things happen that you can’t post in a Glassdoor review. Cap is a nightmare place to work. Get out as fast as you can.
