I cannot see any good in it.After joining,it got worsen.

Cons

I joined as a fresher.They dont provide any accomodation to the freshers.They have a different policy for off and on campus.After the appraisal,my salary is equivalent to the fresher joining company.They have such set of policies that is designed in a way that you can be fooled at any time.Onsite is luck here.
