You get to learn a lot. Very experienced people all around. Very nice work culture. You can approach anyone or escalate incase you face problem and it will be addresses. Great pay for experienced.

Cons

Not a fresher friendly company. Not good pay package for freshers. Freshers are not allowed to showcase theit special talents if any.

Very less salary as compared to the market (freshers) Less on-site opportunities as they recruit the guys of that particular nationals to perform the job required at On-Site instead of sending guys from off-shore
