Pros

1. Getting to work and socialize with amazing coworkers 2. Getting the opportunity to level up on certifications and expand your knowledge

Cons

1. If you're not in a "leading city" "big city" your job is not secure 2. Constant stress and anxiety about being laid offs, that caused me health problems 3. No job security, no matter the number of certifications you receive you're not safe if you're not billable 4. Promotions are hard to come around

Pros

Currently, it’s hard to say something positive

Cons

Pays what you ask for not what you are worth. Job title coincides with pay range. So if you want a Director level position, you have to guess what that pay range might be at Cap. Don’t value their people even though they promote this concept over and over. In the end, I found them discriminatory in downturn layoffs. They definitely favor their younger workers. They hire industry experts to develop new lines of business but do not allow the time needed to build that business. Once a project is won, they lose it during delivery because all they focus on is the sale. Very few delivery people who know the industry they are delivering for.

Pros

Few projects have a good architects.

Cons

HR doesn't care about your life even if you have good performance and feedback from the tech lead. They rap your vacation time with thier complicated vacation policy to make it impossible to take 2 weeks vacation overseas. HR threatening you to reassign or fire you if you ask to extend your vacation for one week. Projects are not organized. Also they hire not qualified employees they don't know how to declare a variable. They said they make money the most from US and less employees they have in US but the worst benefits. Also they can change you tech stack when they put you on project.
