Amazing Training Center and courses Management allows in taking some bold steps to lower managers Senior Leadership talks to the employees

Low salary Internal politics in promotions and other decisions Employees are forced to work in projects which does not suit them Appraisal system sucks.... Let me correct myself.... .Appraisal system sucks big time

1. The brand name 2. Work-life balance 3. Job security 4. Bonus and awards 5. Professional trainings 6. Good CEO and Founder.

Cons

1. Compensation to loyal employees is less 2. Performance review is just a formality. Whatever rating you suggest based on your good work, your manager would have already decided your rating even before the 1-1 interview. 3. Incompetent colleagues. 4. Finishing work on time on a computer with 512 MB RAM, CRT monitor is nightmare. 5. No on-site opportunities.
