Pros

Only provides work from home depending on the account.

Cons

*60-day notice period, resulting to employee missed new opportunities *No other benefits aside from health card *No careerpath *Does not offer performance bonus *Does not offer increase even if the management submit a request for list of performers *Refuse to pay separation pay to employees who decline new roles offered due to unclear career path, they place employees to temporary lay-off without pay just to avoid paying severance pay, resulting an employee to resign. *Practices Constructive Dismissal by informing employees that they have company policy regarding voluntary resignation when employees decline offer. *Poor salary increase *Hold promotions of employees who waited for 2 years doing a level up role

Pros

Great Benefits, Fantastic Work/Life Balance, Great Culture.

Cons

Salary is competitive and I landed a good offer, but overall salary and increases seem to be on the lower end for this industry, esp. if you're in a low cost of living area as they adjust for that. But the pros more than make up for that single con.
