Generous paid time off. That's all.

Cons

They let people go without considering the impact it will have on those who are left to figure it the members they serve. They still think 60 hours a week is the norm and not the exception. Bottom line it's about lining the pockets at the top and working the bottom to death. There is no communication and not everyone is treated the same. The company is living in its name. Providers don't like dealing with them and members are getting frustrated.
