Hard work was recognized and rewarded.

The culture within in the company is very depressing. Not overly welcoming to new people. Being around long-term employees was very uncomfortable.

Great Benefits, Plenty of Vacation & Health rewards. Compensation is good & fair.

Cons

Company has a lot of employees that have been there 15+yrs which is good but the processes from 15 yrs ago are out of date.They are resistant to change. Accountability is not enforced when it it come to areas outside your department. If a mistake is make and it came to you that way, it is your fault.
