Pros

Formal training, hands on, great benefits, causal dress code, Management team I worked with were great.

Cons

hours are based on section of customer service you are hired for so they can vary from day to day and you may have to work on Saturdays.

Great culture....supportive management and co-workers. I have found that most people have pride in their work and want to see their co-workers as well as their company succeed.

Cons

Still behind the times technically, but working on improving. The company has been slow to adopt cutting edge technology and ideas, but they are evolving and growing.
