Business Outlook
Pros
The company as a whole, really tries to look after its employees. Decent leave, working from home (even before lockdown), fantastic pension, 80% of travel card covered, 2 decent bonuses per year and healthcare. The people are amazing, and there is a great social aspect to the company.
Cons
Being such a large company, it can feel a little corporate, and there is some office politics. You really need to ensure you fit in and be liked, because otherwise you might get edged out or someone might stab you in the back to get ahead and make themselves look good.
