Excellent benefits, great coworkers, nice facilities. Great opportunity to learn about the mutual fund industry.

Cons

Difficult to advance in Shareholder Services, inconsistency with quality of team managers. The work can be monotonous, at least in SHSV.

Pros

Benefits are great! Everyone is treated with respect. Raising your voice at anyone is unheard of. Collaborative. Unique. Humbled.

Cons

People stay here for years and it's hard to move up in the company. Takes many years to work your way up to management if you weren't a manager prior to joining CG.

Pros

Very comfortable setting, with many basic food infrastructure (paper plates, plastic ware, snakes, espresso, coffee). I felt respect from my direct manager. stable environment. Not likely to have something unexpected happen to your job. Nice people on my team, helpful and truly good natured people.

Cons

Directionless. Too many unnecessary meetings. Too slow to innovate IT technology Too difficult too land a job (if your a contractor), doesn't matter if your good. Too much middle management. Very little opportunity for growth (at least within the IT departments) Strange unspoken strictness, and a lack of natural friendly communication between people (strange polices) and too stuffy (overly conservative).
