      Horrible if you're a Contractor.

      Pros

      If you're a permanent employee than you can be on the internet and on your phone.

      Cons

      They treat contract employees inferior. They don't introduce themselves to you. You have to be quiet at all times. You're timed on how long you take to go to the bathroom. Your breaks are exactly 15 minutes. Everyone stands up at the same time to go. They make you feel like a robot for very little pay.
