      Working with Capital Health Systems was a very demanding and high paced place to work.

      Pros

      Capital Health systems facilities were very clean, modern, and appealing. The facility was a very convenient place to work, because it was close to stores and restaurants. There was also ample parking for employees.

      Cons

      Because it is such a convenient and pleasant place to go it quickly became very busy, very fast. It was too busy for the employees to keep up with. I was burned out after a year of working there.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. 75% of continuing Ed is paid for even new hires. After 10 years employment continuing Ed is free.

      Cons

      It's very hard to get a raise, if you're lucky you'll get cost of living. Starting salary is competive but after that you're underpaid.
