Horrific administration. They're nice and genuine people, but definitely more worried about their own bonuses and hiring family members than caring for staff that have been there over 20 years. Poorly ran at the expense of employees, but will say it's ran perfectly for patients. Not much room for growth unless you go back to school.

Lack of staffing in the lab. It was endless understaffing and a constant expectation that employees did overtime. I worked nights and would get called constantly during the day to come in (the time I am sleeping). To the point where they made a rule that ignoring phone calls was no longer allowed. It was ridiculous..
