      Morning shift staff are mostly pleasant. Hours are slightly flexible. Patient care is humane and ethical.

      Cons

      Training is disorganized, deadlines are unclear. Last minute notices on a lot of things. Work alternate weekends, required.

      There are very nice people on staff and a lot of great people to work with

      A lot things happen here that should not. There are many things that could be fixed in this hospital system when it comes to caring for patients but instead of putting the money into improving patient care/outcomes, the company keeps expanding. There are never any supplies for basic care, patients are not properly cared for and management says nothing to help improve!
