Love my coworkers, Management is terrible. Not worried about the patients just what the employees are doing wrong.

Coworkers all work together and enjoy being in the workplace together. Patient care.

Cons

Micro managing. Managers come around and nit pick at little things that are of no real importance. No work / life balance.

nepotism, even if you do good honest work you have to be noticed by the ones who counts otherwise just stay under the radar.

The people are really nice and good to work with. They pull together as a team.

Cons

The downside to working with Capital Health is that there isn't much room for advancement. The management doesn't give you all the tools required to do job, they expect you to make do with what is available.
