      Management leaves you alone for the most part.

      Cons

      Trucks are run down, management is crap, nurses have no clue what they are doing but are out in medic trucks, and there’s constantly a 3rd.

      Pros

      Most of the employees you work with become work family. The benefits are good, vacation time is good.

      Cons

      When you know how to do your job effectively you become the mule of the department. No retraining in place for poor performing employees, they just make you do their job and don't place them in that position or shift at all!
