Pros

-CIG has A LOT of women in management and encourages employees to apply for promotions from within -CIG offers employee's opportunities to work from home all the time -CIG pays it's employee's for volunteering in the community! -The benefits are great! I have enough PTO accrued to take a month off! -Job security and positive feedback given out all the time by coworkers and management -CIG offers company paid for licensing in P&C, and if you're part of the IT Department they provide Kaplan courses for certifications on P&C to better understand the industry you're supporting -Working a CIG feels like being part of a family

Cons

-The only con I can think of is losing ESOP (I hard it was amazing), however we did gain a better 401k

Great employees, office environment, and free snacks! Overall a great culture with good products and good reputation in the industry.

Cons

Still some growing pains they are working through but overall great company.
