the list could go on and on and on. Basically there is nothing positive to say about this place.

Pros

Leadership seems genuinely interested in employee feedback and are open to change. Tighter focus on goals helps employees know priorities. Communication within the company is improving. Great location!

Cons

I wish we could move faster to implement new technologies so we can keep from falling behind our competitors. Need to raise base salaries.

Great work life balance. Community minded and employee owned. Great opportunity to collaborate with many levels of staff due to linear organization.

Cons

Salaries are a lighter than those of competitors; ownership benefits even the score. Most desirable home office roles are now required to be local only.
