Excellent stock option program. Long hours are not expected. Open and approachable managers and execs.

Cons

Below average pay. Company continues to make small cuts to benefits without any increases in salary. Managers can be very short sighted with company goals, they hate to give up on programs that are clearly failing, and love to play the blame game when things start going wrong.

CIG is a great place to work. This is a small/medium size company with a very friendly environment and plenty of opportunities. If you have the skills and desire to learn and grow, CIG will give you the opportunity to present your skills and prove that there is no obstacle to big that you cannot overcome.

Cons

CIG's compensation does not rank very high. If you like to learn and refine your skill in a small but friendly atmosphere; then CIG is your place to work. If you are looking to get "paid", then you might decide that CIG is not the best place for you.

Job advancement, competency of management, training opportunities, multi-line experience, pleasant working conditions, stable employer, incentive bonus based on company performance

Cons

Unfavorable industry wage differential, no company vehicle, limited CAT procedures, technologically retarded and inneficient claim handling software and mostly technologically incompetent management.
