Pros
Friendly people after you've been there a while. ESOP is OK if you are willing to invest 6years of your life to just get vested.
Cons
Low pay, benefits have high deductables, changing priorities with no concern to employees work/life balance, micromanagement, insane hours with little if any comp time, management in IT is not on the same page, career advancement is almost non-existant in IT however they promise development but rarely deliver. IT management shows up late to their own meetings, cancel meetings after they were already to have started and don't show up for your 1 on 1 about 70-80% of the time making communication with your supervisor almost non-existant. Management seems more interested in finding a way to argue justifing low evals to keep costs down than focusing on what employees are doing right.
