responsiveness to customers needs, family atmosphere, everyone does what needs to be done even if it is not their job. worst day at capital is still better than my best day at any other job.

Cons

the Denver branch has grown just in the time I have been here, we need more parking and more office space.

Capital Lumber is seriously the best company I've ever work for! Such a great work ethic from all employees. They treat all of their employees and clients with the utmost respect. They are great with family/work life balance and treat each other like family. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to work each day.
