Capital upholds its mission statement extremely well. Not a lumber company, this is a people company. Your growth as a person is important to this company. I do not feel like an employee here, I feel like an asset!

Pros

Every place you go, there are Pro's and Cons. I have been with Capital for 18 years now. I feel like as a whole, this company is a great place to work and grow with opportunities. I have started in the yard and have worked my way into several different positions which I have found a position that fits me. There are always opportunities available if you work hard and you are a dedicated employee, but that is just about any place you go and advancement doesn't always come as fast as you would like however they are available. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Cons

There are always cons, everywhere you go, you just have to work through them and not let things get in your way of pursuing opportunities.
