- work on exciting projects using new technology - most peers were incredibly helpful and supportive

Cons

- didn’t feel genuinely supported by management, seems like they were constantly positioning themselves for advancement at the expensive of employees below them - stack rankings judge your “competency” against teammates and not personal growth. If you are new on a team and working with unfamiliar technology, you’ll be ranked the lowest
