      1. WLB is unmatched considering how much you get paid for not being in FAANG 2. Internal mobility is real as long as you leverage it

      Cons

      1. Stacked ranking is a major con and involves a lot of politicking to market yourself, but I've also realized that this is the case no matter where you go 2. The work can get pretty boring or slioed - even if you're proactively trying new projects at your current job

      I just had to do this so I can use the website in all honesty. However, I do know this is a great company to work for. Some people I know have interned for them and they enjoyed it.
