      - Good company that rewards - Decent Pay - Good people - Good tech base - Good progression

      Cons

      - Curve based performance reviews - Can be some favouritism. - Bit of a revolving door - Some managers/senior managers are very absent. Not particularly transparent, and many expect associates to approach them, with no regard for the other way. Also high expectation on associates to be 'visible', when many managers are not.
