Benefits package is great, it is almost impossible to be fired, plenty of self development options, corporate diversity

Cons

advancement is subjective and geared towards popularity not results; department cultures don't always reflect corporate culture personas; what you do doesn't always reflect in your job title or pay.

Excellent benefits, smart people, great leaders (especially the CEO), great facilities, big focus on training, good compensation package, conducive corporate culture, environmentally conscientious, diverse, huge contributor to the community (but in a quiet way), innovative, leading edge.

Cons

Very hard to get in, but not so hard to be managed out. In some ways this could be a “Pro” (unless you are the one being let go!).
