Business Outlook
Pros
Clear mission based business. Customer focussed. Senior leaders give regular updates on how the business is doing. Nice office with restaurant, free tea, coffee and hot chocolate, pool table, gym, music room, etc.
Cons
Employee performance reviews are done by ranking all employees of the same pay grade. As a result, colleagues are very unhelpful towards each other as they consider them as competition. High staff turnover. Whilst from the outside it looks like a very flat organisation, with VP’s and Directors sitting in an open plan office with everyone else, people are very status oriented and regularly say “X is a Principle Associate” or “Y is only a Coordinator. He shouldn’t be talking to someone of our level like that”.
