Easy quality of life, GREAT offices, snacks, good benefits, pretty good salary for starting out of college

With as many people as there are at Capital One, there is a lack of deep ownership over anything. As well, more people are worried about making a name, than solving a problem. Projects are often rushed to meet Performance Management cycles, rather than because they meet needs.
