Working for Capitol Physical Therapy has given me a wealth of knowledge on the profession of physical therapy. The culture here is strong and it is almost like a family. I always enjoy my shift working with friendly patients and coworkers. I find this job to be more of a hobby rather than work because I am close with all those I work with and share similar values.

Thank you for your kind words and for being part of the Capitol Physical Therapy team! We're so glad to hear that you've found a strong sense of community here and that your experience has been both educational and enjoyable. Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is something we take great pride in. We appreciate all that you do and are grateful to have you on our team!
Through my time, so far, with Capitol, I have learned so much. The experience and growth they offer is unmatched. As a recent grad from UW-Madison and an aspiring PT, this role and company allow me to carry out a productive and beneficial gap year. Many of the patients are a joy to work with and being immersed in the world of Physical Therapy has been quite enjoyable.
Cons
As for the downsides to working for Capitol Physical Therapy, the only one I can think of is that, in my position, there are high expectations to be met. However, I view this as more of a challenge than a drawback, as it drives me to work hard. These high standards are what make the position so beneficial and rewarding.
I have worked and shadowed at a few different PT settings and Capitol Physical Therapy, by far, outstood the others. The quality of care and professionalism each employee puts into their work ethic adds so much value to the environment at the clinic. Everyone is so friendly and caring to their patients and fellow coworkers. I worked at Capitol for over a year and never saw a patient dissatisfied with their treatment. Everyone provides such great quality care. I am very thankful for my time working at Capitol Physical Therapy!
Cons
There are no bad things to be said about Capitol Physical Therapy.
