      Pros

      Rapidly growing company. Opportunity to gain experience in many areas as the company is still rather small and needs its employees to wear many hats. Less bureaucracy and "corporate" culture than other companies I've worked for.

      Cons

      Things are constantly in-flux because the company is still new and doesn't have all the necessary processes in place. Technology is not being used optimally within the company. You are required to work very hard because the projects are growing faster than employees and problem solving skills are a must to navigate in an environment with little precedent for how to solve issues.
