1. They will make you work hard and treat you with incivility which will bring best out of you :-) 2. Office location is good and they provide snacks (10rs biscuit packets or chips etc) free of cost. 3. Its good for freshers as they get to tag along with other freshers.

Cons

1. Rudeness and incivility towards employees. 2. Longer working hours.. 3. Not much employee friendly policies

Pros

1) Caprus IT work culture to be a part of. 2) Great minds to work with. Some of them are really good at mentoring the newcomers. So they take really good care of freshers. 3) You get to work with both kinds of technologies, one being the continued ones like Java, C, C++ etc and second being the latest ones in the market. 4) Lots of activities to be a part of. Fun traditions and experiences.

Cons

1) Some projects do not have fair perks for working either over-time or working on the weekends.
