Very good marketing team. Co-workers and Management are friendly, and encourage you to grow. The staff is talented, collaborative, and enjoyable to be around. Encourage employees in upgrading to new technologies. Timely payment without any delays.

Cons

Haven't experienced any. Pay scales should be increased on yearly basis.

Very much professional in their stance towards taking the daily grind and am quarter of an inch happier that I find myself associated with Caprus for the last six years. Some of the tokens to be appreciated are lively work environment, scope for thorough deliberation and work-out before product deliveries, pragmatic approach, very good projects to get our hands dirty, a beautiful scale up and an opportunity to work with some of the best technologically sound people.
