Pretty good work/life balance. Upper management does want people in the office at least 3 days a week at the corporate headquarters but they are only occasionally around themselves. Pay isn't great but it's not bad.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for internal growth. There are frequent "restructurings" depending on which department you're in.
