There is favoritism at my location. The work can be not worth the pay on certain loads. The hours are not set in stone.

Management talks down to employees. Very disorganized. Our lead was stealing money from our paychecks and management took months to handle the issue. Once he was fired my hourly rate from production went from about 12 to 16. I had a lot of money stolen from me and did not get reimbursed, however, corporate did. Employee turnover rate is extremely high, which means people constantly need to be trained. Production pay is pretty much a huge scam. In my area, every lumper other than me didn't even graduate high school, and when our means of being paid was thoroughly explained, everyone was just confused. I feel this is done intentionally. I worked for a summer to make some money between semesters, I wouldnt recommend working here for longer than that
