      Pros

      Have great staff, unlimited resource of information within the company. Aggressive when it comes to the work environment.

      Cons

      The money is not good if you do not put in work. Point blank! It will stress you out if you do not want to put in extra to get extra.

      Pros

      Working production is good if you work hard and get good trucks to unload. Very cool people to work with.

      Cons

      Alot of favoritism towards employees. Would say it was seniority but it is not. All of the top earners were supervisors best friends and they got the best loads on a daily basis even if they did not work hard.
