Only pros are accident free for so long in a company. Not many pros as there should be. I would like to see improvements

We're do u wanna start. Every site manager u get are horrible. They think it is good to make people work horrible hours and get paid craps.

Pay is decent if you are willing to work hard. It is completely performanced based so the faster your work the more money you make, the slower you work the less money you make. Definitely opportunity for lots of overtime.

Not to far to commute.

Cons

By the time you add up the hours you work against the pay you get is is less than minimum wage. Federal law says piece work must be at least minimum wage or the company must make up the difference. They don't and wont.
