Pros

The have a lot of integrity, and are fair to their employees and customers. They allow working remotely up to 3 days per week. The pay and benefits are above average for each position, and sometimes provide bonuses.

Cons

Their technology is just catching up to the rest of the market.

Business Outlook

Pros

Great place to work (with the awards to prove it!) with a strong company culture, flexible work schedule, a really nice new office, and great pay/benefits. Leadership is great and provides regular company updates and communications. Flex work schedule and generous PTO allows for excellent work/life balance as well.

Cons

Not much in the way of cons.

Cons

None for self directed and people ready to work independently in hybrid environment while working collaboratively in office and over technology.
