      Model Company for the Future of the HVAC Industry

      CaptiveAire corporate gives their Sales Engineers the best "tools in the toolbox". i.e. best equipment lead times in the industry, direct pricing, responsive support team, minimal but strong SOPs, best personal technology, etc. Company has a very strong looking forecast.

      Bonus compensation and benefits lower than average.

      Middle Management have never ran a service business before. Sales people lie and throw you under a big bus.
