5yThank you for your feedback. We just recently added additional paid time off for all employees, expanding our vacation policy. We also strive to help all employees to grow to their fullest potential, providing career opportunities whenever possible to allow both our employees and the company to grow. We disagree with your statement that all higher management roles are filled by people related to me, as the majority are not and never have been. However, we are a family company at our roots and thus some family members work here. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and we appreciate your contributions while you were a part of our team.
