Unable to adapt to employee needs

Pros

Free weekly lunches, and that’s about all. Free parking. Average benefits. Large desk space. Access to many office supplies. Free coffee and espresso.

Cons

Rather than adapting to the needs of staff, they often just get rid of them instead. Prior to leaving the company, I personally saw more turnover than I had ever seen before. Employees would often reach out and say they were told their job was ending that day giving them no time to prepare. There was also a tremendous amount of politics involved with this company that was unnecessary.

Pros

Decent pay. And decent people to work with.

Cons

There were times that it seemed like there were way to many “leaders” and not enough “followers”. Which made it a little hard to follow sometimes.
