Collaborative environment with team-player coworkers Fun product to work on! competitive salaries Good benefits (lunch, health, etc)

Cons

CEO always exaggerates positives, so hard to trust. Needs to better reward/recognize employees Lack of Vision, going in a wrong way Leadership team and management Politics

Fast paced start up shooting for the moon!

Pros

Great benefits, interesting product, catered lunches daily, competitive salaries. On the fast track.

Cons

Office environment is over crowded. They call it "cozy", but it's down right cramped and not fun. HR management not good. CEO changes the priorities every week, but doesn't communicate them. Hard to stay focused and execute when things change so quickly. We have been promised an SF office for months now, but still don't have one. Not super flexible on working from home so commute is rough.
