Do you live in a smaller town? If the answer is yes then you will struggle hard for a year or 2 if you decide it’s not worth it anymore to average $11-14 hour.
Micromanage from home office like no other, I feel like I work for the company in the movie office space.
Car keys express LOVES to change the pay plan right at the end of the year right before the holidays. Do you have a family? If you do count on not being able to treat them for the holidays.
They like to use words like “control of your pay” means they pay you less and control your pay. They also like to use words like “Top paid in the industry” what they mean by that is you make too much money so we’re gonna design a new pay plan to prevent you from making what you need.
They also like to cut your inventory as well to starve you out on the second week of the pay period.
Very quick to pass blame off on someone else, nothing is ever anyone’s fault in this company, it’s always the other guy or guy below them.
Communication with management at the home office is a joke, they don’t answer phones emails, especially close to 3:30 PM east coast time.
You better hope something that is essential to your job doesn’t break or stops working because it will take upper management months to get it to you.
