The place is amazing. It’s the first place I have ever worked where you can feel that they care about more than what you can do for them. I see my Supervisor and Manager all day and even talk to my Director a lot. They know me by name and want me to be happy and move up. Looking forward to being here a long time.

Cons

Would like to get more paid time off. We don’t get any until after a year.

Cons

Corporate is all over you to produce. Cameras in the vans watching you drive, watching you work, daily calls from corporate if you fall below numbers. You tell them you could sell more if you stocked more, that would get your numbers up. Sounds logical, right? Not to them... log the lost sales for 3 months and then we can see about, maybe getting you more keys. What? They just don't care about the guy in the van making them their money.
