A bit of flexibility Can climb corporate ladder

Cons

Absolutely no benefits whatsoever. You’re paid minimum wage but are expected to work 60 hour weeks and even handle managerial tasks (again while being paid minimum wage). Depending on what van owner you work for, there’s a good chance you will never see any commission. You’re also expected to memorize and train yourself OFF THE CLOCK with no compensation. Also never saw a cent for mileage despite traveling up to an hour away.

Can get lots of overtime, try to promote quickly

Cons

Pay is absolute trash, they lie to you during the interview process and tell you that it's a minimum of $600-800/week but that is a complete lie. Working 40-70 hour weeks with minimal compensation. Promotion does not equal pay increase!! What a joke. Management is horrible and very unprofessional.
